UAE: Cabinet Decision No. (58) of 2020 Regulating Beneficial Owner Procedures


Cupboard Resolution No. (58) of 2020 controling Beneficial Owner Treatments (the “Resolution”) entered result on 28 August 2020 and changed Cabinet Resolution No. 34 of 2020 released earlier.
